Kappa Phi Chi Sorority
Ever wake up and wonder if you've joined the right sorority? We don't!
Kappa Phi Chi Sorority was founded on November 22, 1991. We are a close knit group of young women who display an abundant amount of loyalty and dedication toward each other and our sorority. We have initiated many pledge classes in our Brooklyn College chapter and are looking forward to a long line of sisters to join us.

The sisters of Kappa Phi Chi Sorority, because of their own individuality, have made Kappa the unique sorority that it is today. Kappa has made our experiences at Brooklyn College much more exciting, but has also allowed us to enjoy and intertwine our outside friends and interests into the sorority. Kappa Phi Chi Sorority allows its sisters to experience the best of both worlds. Kappa Phi Chi Sorority is a local sorority that has guidelines to follow during the pledging process, but WE DO NOT HAZE! If you pledge our sorority, you will not be hazed- this is something that we take very seriously. We would not make you do anything that we ourselves would not do. You are not expected to forget about your family, friends, jobs, or most importantly- academic performance. We are here to help you with your classes and your success throughout college this is extremely important to us. Local sororities offer you a chance to get to know each of your sisters on a personal level. They have close contact with all sisters, active or alumni, and offer you an undying bond of sisterhood and friendship. There are numerous amounts of sororities on campus, so choosing the right sorority can be a very difficult decision to make. Many of us were in the same position as you at one point, but many things made our decision easier. If you have already met the sisters of Kappa Phi Chi Sorority, you know exactly what we’re referring to. Hopefully after reading this, you will make the same great decision that we made- Kappa!
